Ergdata Update Notice

Anybody else get a false notice to update? I did yesterday and the C2 utility says I’m running most current, so no update. I verified with C2 and they confirmed I was running most current. They had no ready explanation. Today the update message was not present when I connected to the PM5. So just a PSA that this can happen.

What software generated the false notice ? If Ergdata, then it should have also asked permission to update your firmware.

C2 utility certainly can be used to update firmware, but it's not the normal approach anymore.

Yes Ergdata gave the false notice and C2 support confirmed I had no update available. I choose to use the C2 utility and a laptop. You can call me a latent adopter.
