I’ve been having issues with a new iPhone 8 saving workouts. My old iPhone 5 along with ErgData has worked with zero issues for the last six months saving workouts and syncing with my Concept 2 logbook but I can’t seem to save a workout with the new phone. Actually, only one of the last five workouts was saved.
The iPhone 8 connects easily enough to the PM5 along with my Polar H10 monitor but after a session Ergdata is not updated.

PM5 Firmware 166, Hardware 633
ErgData version 1.3.9 (1)
iPhone 8 iOS 12.3.1

I can’t seem to find much recent information on the forums or at large on the web for troubleshooting.

Any thoughts?

I have the same issue and am using the same setup. iPhone 8 and Polar H10 HR strap. I have found it works fine for set times and distances or for the Just Row sessions but fails whenever I use the intervals on PM5.

I came to the forum hoping to find a solution but at least I know I am not alone .
