Hi,
I upgraded the firmware on my PM5 and am now unable to connect the Android Samsung S9 to the PM5 using ErgData. ErgData detects the PM5 and prompts for connection but does not connect. All systems, PM5 and Ergdata are working fine otherwise.
I have removed the batteries from the PM5 and reinstalled
I have removed ErgData and reinstalled
Restarted the Phone

Ergdata version: April 2020 (latest as far as i know)

1. Turn on location services
2. Don't try to pair the PM5 with the phone
3. Make sure the BT settings on the phone don't have a record for the PM5
4. Restart the phone
5. Start Ergdata
6. Click the BlueTooth logo on the bottom of the Ergdata home screen

Thanks for that, but it made no difference.
1. Turn on location services
- Done
2. Don't try to pair the PM5 with the phone
- not paired although I can see it in the BT Devices List
3. Make sure the BT settings on the phone don't have a record for the PM5
- cleared all data and cache from the Apps>Bluetooth App>Data
4. Restart the phone
- Done
5. Start Ergdata
- Done
6. Click the BlueTooth logo on the bottom of the Ergdata home screen
... and it keeps on detecting the PM5 but does not connect for some reason.
It was working with the PM5 before the F/W upgrade.....

Clear the data for Ergdata in the Settings --> Apps menu.

Thanks again, I have tried all the suggestions so far and have a tablet that I have installed Ergdata onto, and that is working fine. So it must be something to do with the phone.
I shall keep fiddling and if i find an answer will post it. In the man time I'll use my tablet
