ranking

Post by Bokaj » April 20th, 2011, 11:04 am

Just realized that I did a 30' this morning as a workout and looked at the rankings and found that I'm in the 70-75 percentile but didn't rank the pull. Is there a way to edit the logbook, I entered it as my full workout, 5' warm up and cool down included.

Also when you guys go for a world ranking how do you entered it in the logbook? with warmups?

I log everything directly from my card with the C2 utility.

Warm-ups and cool downs don't form part of a workout.

Once it's logged you can edit it it at http://www.concept2.com/sranking03/log.asp
Once it's logged (if it's a ranking distance) you can rank it at http://www.concept2.com/sranking03/log.asp

On those occasions where I forget my logcard or row in a regional race I'll log it by hand at http://www.concept2.com/sranking03/log.asp

If there's a blue button to press in the fourth status column, you can put it in the rankings. Edit and Delete are the last two columns on the right.

I have been programming my workouts into the PM4, with warmup and cool down, I log every meter I row. I tried the C2 util but doesn't log the workouts any different, but it does make it a bunch easier. Thanks for that tip.
