Go to the Cross Team Challenge Discussion Thread in Competition subform and request that “Citroen” (Dougie Lawson) reset your password. Doug monitors the thread and should be able to get you squared away before the end of month.
On further consideration, I should ask if you actually attempted registration @ http://www.ctc.com and entered name but NOT a password?

Re: Forum Flyers
Rolling starts on intervals mean you can spin up the flywheel while the rest timer is still running - it makes the first stroke of the next interval easier. Standing starts mean that you have to leave the flywheel to slow completely during the rest and so can't pull the handle until the rest timer goes to 0:00r.warnie wrote: This is probably - no strike that - it is going to make me sound and look like the rookie I am but what are standing starts?!!! Milo, the flywheel needs 90” to 2’ to coast to a dead stop. If you treat the 3’ interval as inactive rest, you will satisfy the condition for “standing starts” (i.e. stationary or dead wheel). In the case of rest periods less than 2’, one may abstain from pulling in the interval and comply with the spirit of the law but often not with the letter. Even a wheel that has “slowed completely” but is not quite stopped is plenty hard to wind up and will serve to train your half, 3/4, full stroke start. Isaac Newton guarantees it!
. In venue racing and time trialing continuous distance, the dead wheel condition is always mandatory.

Good Mayning!!!. It's a new season, the slate is clean, the chickens have roosted and the bears have well and truly done thier business in the woods. What does this mean??, well the CTC is 1k, 3mins rest and then 992m. All in tribute to Barcelona 1992 and the great Freddie mercury. I can confirm from this mornings efforts, if you go too fast on the first 1k, the 992 is none too pleasant. You have been warned
. Still this is a good training piece, we mixed it in with a load of cardio in the gym, jumped on the bike stepper and cross trainer for warming up and then did the business. Well done all for completing April, that was a toughy. Packet of chocolate buttons for anyone employing new ladies to the CTC, lets get those boats floated.

Desperate situations require desperate measures, cats and kittens! We need to incentivize the challenges for the fairer sex, steal some players from FIRT, or . . . .Packet of chocolate buttons for anyone employing new ladies to the CTC, lets get those boats floated.

Hope it is ok - I have just added my 17 year old son Olly Rowe to the CTC team. He has logged a time of 7.00:6.
I will get my time logged when Citroen has rset my password. A very uninspiring 9:04.3 - plenty of room for improvement.
