@ Ray - nice times, yeah, I'm guilty of starting out too fast all the time. Those with 2' rest are really tough too.
In all fairness, I did row about 700-800k meters in 2004 when I set a random goal to row a sub 40' 10k. As you can see, I didn't quite make it.
