Henry,

Interesting that you are slightly faster on the Skierg, is that the case, I've never used one, but imagined that you'd get significantly more power from the sit down rower, not the case it would seem

Our pick goes forward a month. If you didnt meet George King or follow him on facebook, real gent. Came all the way down from Glasgow to do a charity row in Bristol a few years back. Total nice bloke, took on and fought his illness head on

Cheers

Chris

Is it number of consecutive months entered a CTC?

Consecutive works better than intermittent, once in a great while, seldom, and never.

OK thanks.
I'll still regard it as a 'duty'to do my CTC each month, all the sooner to get my name in lights on the cherished list :D

looks like we are going to be November rather than October to allow Team Oarsome to nominate a memorial row for a member George King who very sadly died last week I think.
Those of us who have been fortunate enough to spend time in the company of George King are immensely saddened by his recent death. I would like to suggest that we mark the passing of this great man by allowing his CTC outfit, Team Oarsome, to nominate a September challenge. Other challenges would then move back one month.
Regards,
Joe

Hi everyone,

My name is Paul Dale and I live in Philadelphia, PA. I recently purchased Concept 2 erg so I could continue to exercise at home after my wife and I had our first baby (a boy named Joseph now 3 months old).

I would like to join your team if you'd be so kind. Can I do so? If so, do I simply add you on Concept 2's website? Please let me know how.

Thanks and I hope to contribute to the team.

Very truly yours,

Paul Dale

Hi Paul. Joining FF will help you break in that new erg, whether as a team member for the Concept 2 Fall Challenge or as an affiliate for the annual meters honor board. If you have a C2 logbook, go to the “Teams” page and self-register for the Fall Challenge. Go to your profile page and choose “edit profile” to add yourself to the FF affiliation. Forvm Flvers does a couple of online comps and challenges in addition to the C2 seasonal participation challenges but more on those later if you are interested. I am “next door” in northern DE so welcome aboard neighbor! And congratulations on the other (really important) new addition! :)
