I've had a busy year and hardly got in any exercise from the end of April (broke my right foot in the backyard when I missed a step and rolled the ankle/foot) until the end of August (Closed down my business, sold out the inventory over a two-month period, donated stuff, filled a 3-ton dumpster with useless stuff, and took home more useless-but-cool stuff, retired, when to Italy for my daughter's wedding, and finally took a breath.).
Anyway, I gingerly began adding some exercise in early September and have been gradually ramping back up again. I should be able to contribute to the team until I overdo it again.

Squeaked in a CTC before November ended. Slow, butt a bum on a seat. Hopefully will do better in December.
