bit of an update. sometime in the next month (made the appointment 2 months ago and have forgotten when) i have a review with the specialist. so far its been much of the same with multiple pain free days followed by me doing something to twinge it again. will be interesting to see what the dr says. i sort of get the impression they have let me go in the hopes i will tear it completely.
Really gutted about missing the NZ masters games which happened over the last week or so. going by the times i would have got silver in 2 and possibly bronze in 2 (500m, 1000m, 2000m and 10k) the guy who won all the events was by far the best as in 10k at 33min was 10 mins faster than the next guy. 2k was 6:20 next best was 7:13

oh well hopefully im back on board for next years masters
