10k at 38:29.6 - broke that 38:30, barely. 1:55 i5 ish pace shows pretty god progress from my time of steady state, Happy with this for now, but I am just starting to be serious on this again and I only expect the number to decrease over the next three months. I am going to stop at this distance for now and work on my 1 hr distance. Not sure of a goal yet, but def 15500+ minimum to work towards. Hope all are safe and well.

Well done mate, and it doesn't matter if it was only 0.1 secs, it's still under 38:30. Looking at your other PBs, you're capable of 15.5k for the hour

New British Record in the 60-69 Lwt category (the ''Little old men'')...and an ''all time'' PB for me so happy with that.

Looks like I'm still going in the right direction....just! :D

'Dissapointing' PB in the Spring Series 6km for team #RockTheBoat. This was my second attempt after an HD 10mins before when my ❤️ rate jumped from 165 to 220... again 🤬😢. I stopped as I felt naff but was more gutted that I couldn't get it done.

After a short break I decided to go again but at a lower rate/pace. I struggled though to completion and just managed to PB by 5sec after a banzai finish. Not what I wanted and I'm gutted to have failed the team on this one. (Ignore the HR...I took my belt off)

That's bad to hear, hope you're OK!

Respect for starting a second try and finishing with a respectable time (and PB, even if it was not the pace you wished)! :)
