Setting your own challenge

Post by Will11235 » January 13th, 2021, 9:32 am

Hi, is there a way to set up your own challenges in the C2 log?

Thanks

Do you mean the pre-programmed challenges? If you do, you can use a USB in PM5 monitor and add your favourites to that, or even better you can use the Ergzone app and save it as a favourite.
51 HWT; 6' 4"; 1k= 3:09; 2k= 6:36; 5k= 17:19; 6k= 20:47; 10k= 35:46 30mins= 8,488m 60mins= 16,618m HM= 1:16.47; FM= 2:40:41; 50k= 3:16:09; 100k= 7:52:44; 12hrs = 153km

I was wondering whether, rather than using the pre-programmed challenges offered by C2, it was possible to create your own challenges / goals in the log? I couldn’t see any obvious way to do it.

You can create “your own” challenge with the aid of the PM workout programming capability, a calendar or dayplanner, and a self-starter attitude. IF you want to be a jock/influencer, you will be disappointed to discover that the folks footing the bill are not offering a platform for content distribution and/or career enhancement. Utube is your salvation by default!! IF you desire to communicate with and share training experience and content with a few-like-minded souls, “training partners” offers that opportunity.

I don't think there is a way to do it other than as mentioned above. a USB if you've got a PM5, or maybe a log card in a PM4. A USB will drain your batteries a lot quicker than usual if you do decide to use that.

That would fall under PM button choice <save to favorites>.
