Hi. I purchased a permanent license yesterday and used RowPro for the first time today.
I set up my profile and a 12-week marathon training program successfully. However, I could use some help with two issues (I did email RowPro support this morning but haven't heard back yet):
1) After my training session, I attempted to upload the data to my Concept 2 logbook from within RowPro. However, the spinning “processing” wheel just continued to spin for several minutes (until I closed the dialog box), and the workout did not upload to my log. RowPro DID successfully connect in some way, because it reported that it “linked to Concept2 Ranking ID # xxxxx53.”
During this, my PM5 screen reported Code 128-37, which would not clear until I unplugged the USB cable connecting it to my computer running RowPro.
I was simultaneously running ErgData on my iPhone, and succeeded in syncing that to my C2 log.
2) The training program calls for me to take a rest day on Fridays throughout the program, but I need to use Sunday as my rest day. Based on RowPro's instructions, I was planning to adjust my training program from Monday’s program (today) to -2, moving my start to Saturday’s session (the first workout after the rest day). However, the options only allowed me to select +1, +2, or +3, rather than the -2 I needed.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
RowPro: Couldn't upload to C2 log

Been there, done that.
Won't say I spent all day going through every line, but nothing jumped out.

Re: RowPro: Couldn't upload to C2 log
Sounds like you have a similar setup to mine and that error 128-37 on the PM5 is what I got when I made the mistake of moving from Firmware V168 to V169.
I moved to the Beta version of V169 but it can still be an issue.
That error is loss of USB connection to the PC. Running RowPro and Ergdata at the same time is kind of maxing things out. Concept 2 seemed a bit surprised that it was even possible to run ErgData and RowPro at the same time.
I had far less problems with V168 and am trying to get back to it which requires the file to be e-mailed to you then you drag and drop that file onto the update utility Icon, its a very weird system. Concept 2 should have at least the previous version of the firmware in the utility as a "Roll back" option in case you have major issues.
V168 was working no problem 99% of the time so they have changed something for the worse.
My PM5 throws the 128-37 half way through a row and RowPro ends up with no results as does ErgData so you have to upload the result from the PM5.

Re: RowPro: Couldn't upload to C2 log
Thanks, Carl. That was very helpful. I'll row today without Ergdata and see what happens.
Re: RowPro: Couldn't upload to C2 log
Thanks again. Not using Ergdata allowed automatic upload to both RowPro and C2 logs.
