Can I find distance with this Data?

I did my first 30' row and didn't see my total Meters, but I do have some data. (No, I don't have access to the history on that machine)

total time :30 minutes
Ave S/m: 25
Ave 500m: 2:00
Ave watts: 207

Help me find the total distance?

If you've averaged 2:00 for every 500m, and you rowed for 30 mins, it's 7500m
51 HWT; 6' 4"; 1k= 3:09; 2k= 6:36; 5k= 17:19; 6k= 20:47; 10k= 35:46 30mins= 8,488m 60mins= 16,618m HM= 1:16.47; FM= 2:40:41; 50k= 3:16:09; 100k= 7:52:44; 12hrs = 153km

Your not using a Concept 2 rower so there is no point discussing anything about it on here.
