Good idea about the warmup.
Tonight I was too tired to bare the idea of doing the HP's, KP's and plank so I just did 3X30 HP's and finished with 18 triceps dips.
40 YO 6'1" 180 lbs. Rowing at 7,000 Ft.

Taking Paul's suggestion, did two light warm up sets of pushups. I think it made a difference.
47HP's 16 KP's, 32 second plank = 95
29 HP's, 12KP's
22 Tricep Dips.

I'm assuming that is 52HPs, 16KPs, 42Plank.
Assuming I'm correct...awesome progress from such a short time ago when you did 38HPs, 22 KPs, 20Plank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
