Hi guys
Im 36 yo male weighing 78/79 kilos and 5'10" . I have excellent endurance fitness ,as in I can run really long and have completed several half and full road running marathons. I also row a in a fixed seat sea skiff during the summer for my club. Ive started rowing sets of 5000 metres on rowing machine but im looking for tips on improving my times. Im still running but have cut down in order to build rowing fitness for the upcoming summer rowing season. Do I need to focus more on weights or just a combination of all ie. Rowing , running and weight training. Or just stick to doing 5000 metres every day until eventuall it imoroves. My running cardio as stands is very good. Thank you!
Improving 5000 metre time.
