I just discovered that you can use RowPro and Ergdata on an Android device using the PM5 only at the same time.

Its probably been available for a while but because the cradle for the phone came with a USB cable I made the wrong assumption it was USB only and the only USB connection on the PM5 is needed for RowPro.

Finally got that Stroke Counter after years of waiting for it so I can now very accurately work out my average SPM for the row and finally retire my seat counter electronics enclosed in a sweat crumpled shoebox.
