How does one set a workout type of 'Just Row'?

Post by kdahlhaus » February 8th, 2008, 9:39 am

IIs there a way to set a 'just row' workout?

I can get the PM3 monitor screen to show a display of 'just row' by:

reset
go finished
go idle
set program 0
go in use

Except that the PM3 command 'get workout type' still returns type 3, fixed distance. It should return type 0 or 1.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
K

Go to the main screen, and click "row" at the top.

That's not the answer. K. is trying to do this programatically using the PM3/PM4 software developer's kit.
