virtual team challenge

Post by line kramer » December 23rd, 2009, 4:40 pm

I would like to join a GLOBAL team
I row in a Steampfli-skiff wich is not mine but owned by my club: RV Nautilus, situated in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. I row 5 day's a week, when the weather doesn't allow rowing I row indoors. I'm not rowing any races, yet!

Check out Free Spirits...This is my virtual team...with great support and friendship. See my signature below for the link to our forum, meter board and other information. Also check out the world map for where everyone lives. There appears to be about 11 members from your home country after checking the world map off the meter board. You can see the link at the top of the board. And one from your city.

Most of the team threads are on the UK forum (concept2.co.uk/forum/). If you are planning to do time trial challenges as well, you might want to look at the CTC to get an idea of which teams are involve in that sort of thing

http://c2ctc.com/

Some teams are open to all, some are by some sort of vetting process or invitation only. "Free Spirits" is open, and I think "Forum Flyers" and "Age Without Limits" are as well. The requirements for some of the other teams are minimal, but they expect active participation in their own team challenges. BTW, you do not have to be sub-7 to get into "sub-7"
